It feels like it was only yesterday, you sang this song live in front of me. But its been a month now. Time's running fast like tap water. Couple of years feel like months. Gone by us. Wow. We are powerless. Growing old is mandatory. Growing up is still optional =) =)

My favourite dish~~ Nasi Kerabu Biru Version New Zealand =)

Kerabu Ikan version Anna =P:
Sardine in oil/ tomato
Desicated coconut
Lemon grass, onion, garlic, ginger (julienned)

Fry the desicated coconut until brown, add in all ingredients julienned, add in sardine.
Add black pepper, sugar and salt.

Sambal Tumis
Boil coconut milk
Add in (onion,ginger,garlic,chillie)- blender first
Add in lemon grass
Cook until thick

Nasi kerabu biru
Cook rice as usual, just add food colouring
And lemon grass (its all about lemon grass ey!) hihiihi

Serve with fish crackers, solok lada, ayam goreng and ikan masin =) =)

p.s: would i be able to cook with 36 hour on call shift? Ability is the second thing, Anna.
